Week 3: Peanut Butter and Chocolate


Mini brownies filled with a peanut butter whipped cream and honey roasted peanuts baked into the top. This treat was inspired by Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. The goal was to have small, bite-size, and dense brownies that balance both creamy, crunchy, and cakey textures. With these thoughts in mind, my goal was definitely met.

I met a small bump in the road when the peanut butter cream was too thin. I kept whipping, added powdered sugar, and refrigerated the mixture to thicken it up.

Huge favorite at school!
